Quality Assurance Analyst / Engineer

Zeus is looking for Software engineers specializing in Software Quality Testing and Security Assurance. Engineers with Quality
expertise, to be able to lead a small team of analysts performing testing, debugging, developing automation in oil, gas, and multi-domain telemetry.
Job duties include:
- 3+ years of experience developing, executing and analyzing automation tests. Hands on experience using Selenium, Java, Javascript
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Strong ability and hands on experience to debug code independently when defects / flaws / errors are identified to assess root cause
- Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
- Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
- BDD Testing using any industry tools such as Cucumber is a plus
- Work with other colleagues, architects, Test lead and support the Design and execution for contact center related testing activities
- Validate IVR applications
- Creates test scripts according to the business requirements. Responsible for planning, creating and Executing testcases.
- Creates vulnerability and data privacy validation related test scripts according to the business requirements, SOX controls and regulatory requirements. Work with stakeholders to develop success criteria and execute and ensure the outcome meets definition of done.
Must haves:
- Minimum 8+ years overallsoftware engineering, testing and assurance
- 5+ years foundational automation QA testing experience – Selenium, integrations (testing APIs,data, etc), etc
- 2+ years Oil/Gas/Energy/Financial/Banking experience
- 2+ year as a Team lead –mentoring onshore, nearshore and offshore with Automation Engineers and QATesters
- Extensive background in software development and the full life cycle. Programming languages
like.NET/Java/ReactJS/NodeJS/Javascript - Worked in Agile delivery models such as SAFe Agile, DevOps
- Excellent communicationskills
- Bachelors in ComputerScience or equivalent 4-year college degree in software, systems,statistics, math or computer applications space
- Strong integration experience – data, APIs, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hands on in agile/scrum environments
- Huge plus: Experience and awareness of Threat intelligence, Cyber Security testing, Code Penetration testing, Network Penetration testing, Vulnerability scanning,Data privacy, Data security, Data masking.
- Plus: Salesforceplatform or another CRM tool for testing – not admin, but understanding flows, screen testing, etc
AWS Data Engineer

Responsibilities for AWS Data Engineer
· Python-5 years experience (Expert skill level)- must have additional experience with Go – NodeJS helpful

· Data Pipeline (e.g. Airflow) -3 years experience (Expert skill level) – Airflow or similar tools – Highly prefer Airflow experience
· Components of AWS ( Platform, Data storage, Network and Security etc) -3-5 years experience (Expert skill level) – Must have working exp with AWS (e.g. S3, RDS)
· Open Source Technologies -3-5 years experience (Expert skill level) -See above (e.g. Spark, Airflow)
· Gitlab CI/CD-3 years experience – Prefer Gitlab but Github ‘Actions’ experience ok

Data Scientist

We are looking for a Data Scientist to help develop advanced analytics use cases for the logistics and supply functions for our Specialty Chemicals client in Houston.
The ideal candidate is adept at discovering insights hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to generate business value. The Candidate must have strong experience using a variety of data analysis techniques and data tools, building and implementing machine learning models, using/creating algorithms, and performing error analysis.
Qualifications:
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
• Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
• Experience with processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, especially around analytical concepts and methods.
